Start Translation Agency provides in-person customer service in Budapest's 5th district, at Szent István körút 29. During opening hours – Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00 – you can visit us without an appointment to request a quote, submit documents for translation or collect your completed translated documents, whether you require specialised translation, proofreading or official translation. Our online customer service is available every day of the week, from 9:00 to 22:00.
Official Translations Available for Collection in Person
If you require an official translation that must be bound together with the original document and accompanied by a certification statement, bringing your document directly to our customer service office is the most convenient option apart from sending it by post. Our office is located on the Pest side of Budapest, less than 100 metres from the WestEnd shopping centre, and our staff speak Hungarian, English and German.
Payment at our premises is accepted exclusively by bank card through our OTP payment terminal. Cash payments are not accepted.
