Translation Process and Quality Assurance

Our translations are produced by our in-house team of specialist translators, allowing us to coordinate the entire process directly, from preparing the quote through to delivering the completed translation. When assigning projects, we always consider the subject matter of the document alongside the translator's linguistic competence: legal texts are handled by specialist translators with legal expertise, healthcare documents by professionals with a background in healthcare, and technical materials by specialist translators with the appropriate technical knowledge. Every completed translation undergoes an internal quality check before delivery, and each assignment is coordinated by a dedicated project manager.

The same professional and quality assurance standards apply to every assignment we undertake. We do not offer “standard”, “premium” or other packages with different quality levels: whether translating a single official document or several hundred pages of documentation, our fundamental requirements remain the same – faithful reproduction of the source material, consistent use of specialist terminology and linguistic accuracy in the target language.

Working with our own team of specialist translators allows us to avoid chains of intermediaries, maintain direct control over the translation process and offer competitive prices. According to our own market research, our prices are, on average, approximately 25% lower than those charged by a significant proportion of translation agencies in Hungary.

Guarantee and Sample Translation

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our specialised translations if demonstrably significant discrepancies in meaning are found between the translated text and the source material. We correct any typographical errors or minor mistakes free of charge.

We offer new corporate clients a free sample translation of up to 1,500 characters. The sample translation allows clients to assess the professional quality of our services first-hand before committing to a large-scale project or long-term working relationship. If the sample translation does not meet the client's expectations, they may withdraw from the order without any further obligation.

In-Person and Online Customer Service

Our in-person customer service office is located at Szent István körút 29. in Budapest, close to Nyugati tér and the WestEnd shopping centre. Clients can request quotes, submit their documents in person and collect completed paper-based official translations without an appointment. Our staff are available in Hungarian, English and German, and our online customer service operates every day of the week from 9:00 to 22:00.

An in-person visit is not required to place an order: requesting a quote, submitting documents, placing an order, making payments and receiving electronic translations can all be handled online, making our services accessible throughout Hungary and from abroad.

Data Protection and Security

Documents submitted for translation often contain personal, business, financial or other confidential information, so we regard the proper handling of such data as an integral part of the translation process. We handle all documents entrusted to us in accordance with applicable data protection regulations; access to source materials and completed translations is restricted to staff members who require it to carry out the relevant assignment. Payment for our services can be made by bank transfer or by bank card through the OTP SimplePay system.
